Description:
Les Charrieres Hotel is set in beautiful countryside at the top of St Peters Valley, the peaceful heart of the Island.
It is convenient for the airport, and is ideally situated for visiting many of Jersey's major attractions, golf clubs and the most popular of the Island's beautiful beaches and only 4½ miles from St Helier.
Les Charrieres dates back to 1623 when it was originally a Jersey farmhouse. It was converted to a guesthouse even before the States of Jersey began the first hotel and guesthouse register in 1948, and in 1991 was re-registered as a 41 bedroom hotel.
The James family have owned the Hotel for over a quarter of a century, during which time the Hotel has been practically rebuilt including the opening of Jersey's first Carvery Restaurant which has won awards in the local Good Food Festival, and an indoor leisure complex and conference centre have also been completed.
Our policy of continual improvement and refurbishment to the hotel and its facilities has kept it amongst the most popular of Jersey's country hotels, with guests returning many times. We are also proud to be Courtesy Award Winners, and whenever we have the opportunity to welcome you to Les Charrieres Country Hotel, we hope you will enjoy your stay. |
