Since May 1997 Suma's has been Jersey's most exciting new restaurant. The baby sister of Longueville Manor, Suma's boasts outstanding views of Mont Orgueil Castle and overlooks Gorey's attractive fishing harbour.
Only a ten minute drive from Longueville Manor, Suma's has attracted a strong and loyal following amongst locals and visitors alike, and is recognised by leading food guides and critics.
The modern approach to both the menu - an interesting combination of English Cuisine with a dash of Mediterranean flair - and the restaurant's decor is as refreshing as local artist Paul Kilshaw's paintings and collages which adorn the walls.
