Type Gardens and Parks
Local History
Lunches and Cafes
Description:
Parade Gardens is a late 18th century regimental parade ground with a statue of General Dods as the centrepiece. General Dods was Governor of Jersey during the Napoleonic Wars and was responsible for building Fort Regent and many of the Island's roads.

The park is a popular lunch-time stop for either a homemade snack or a bite from one of the surrounding cafes. A great sun trap with beautiful vibrant gardens, ice-cream van and kid's play-ground.
